High volume may cause slight delays. Weekend orders start processing on the next business day.

Shipping Fees:

Orders over US$45 qualify for free shipping.
Orders between US$25 and US$44.99 will incur a shipping fee of US$5.90.
Orders under US$25 will have a shipping fee of US$8.90.

Returns & Refunds:

Returns: You can return products within 30 days of receipt (excluding opened products). Contact customer service within 30 days for a refund request.

Refund Conditions:

If we made a mistake (eg, wrong or damaged item), we will offer a full refund. Please provide photos of the issue.

For customer reasons (eg, dislike, change of mind), a 20% handling fee will apply, and original shipping/return shipping costs are non-refundable.
